Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM & Azure Lead Developer to own large-scale enterprise solutions for a global financial institution. You will design, customize, and integrate CRM platforms within secure banking architecture.

Responsibilities include tailoring Dynamics 365 for Sales, building Azure-based integrations, and implementing robust, tested code. The role requires strong C/JavaScript skills and hands-on Azure experience in a hybrid, Kraków-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales implementations (8+ years) and participation in multiple full life cycle projects.
• Proficient in interfacing Dynamics CRM via the CRM SDK.
• Ability to customize CRM to meet complex requirements.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Canvas Apps).
• Strong NET stack familiarity (.NET 4.6.2).
• Excellent C and JavaScript programming skills.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Azure application development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience integrating with other systems using Azure technologies.
• Test-driven development, unit testing, and mocking.
• Experience with NUnit and Moq frameworks.
• OAuth 2.0, MSAL authentication/authorization.
• Git source control proficiency.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM & Azure Lead Developer to take technical ownership of large-scale enterprise solutions for a leading global financial institution. In this role, you will design, customize, and integrate mission-critical CRM platforms within a highly secure, modern banking architecture.

What will your tasks involve?

• Interpret complex business requirements and customize Dynamics 365 for Sales to deliver tailored enterprise functionality.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations connecting CRM with external systems using Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Develop custom business logic, plugins, workflows, and Canvas Apps/Pages across the Microsoft technology stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code backed by robust unit tests and automated mocking.
• Ensure code security, performance, and adherence to enterprise financial-grade architecture standards.

What we expect from you?

• 8 years of Dynamics 365 for Sales implementation experience and have participated in a minimum of 4 complete life cycle implementations handson technical experience of Dynamics 365 for Sales online is a must.
• Experience using the CRM SDK to interface programmatically with Dynamics CRM.
• Able to interpret requirement and customize CRM to achieve asked functionality.
• Experience building solutions using Power Platform tools.
• Experience on Canvas App and Pages on Dynamics 365 Platform.
• Microsoft Net stack will be familiar with NET 462.
• Excellent C and JavaScript programming skills.
• At least 3 years of handson Azure apps development experience.
• At least 2 years of handson experience working on Azure Function App Insights Azure Service Bus.
• Handson Integration experience with other systems using Azure technologies such as Functions and Service Bus.
• Experience on Azure Functions App Insights and Azure Service Bus.
• Test driven techniques including TDD automated unit testing and mocking.
• Exposure to writing C Unit Tests using framework such as NUnit FakeXrmEasy Moq.
• Authentication and authorization using frameworks such as OAuth 20 MSAL.
• Comfortable working with GIT source control.
