Job summary

Senovo IT Ltd in Poland is seeking a Senior CRM Developer / Technical Lead to guide design and hands-on development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.

You will own technical decisions, mentor engineers, coordinate distributed delivery teams and ensure quality through code reviews, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps workflows. Fluent Polish and English are required, with enterprise-scale experience.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online and Dataverse.
• Experience with Dataverse plug-ins, Custom APIs, Web API/OData and solution layering.
• Practical experience with Power Platform ALM, Git and CI/CD.
• Proven experience leading a Dynamics 365 implementation or major technical workstream.
• Fluent Polish and English (mandatory).

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Developer / Technical Lead to lead technical design and hands-on development across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery projects.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining software development, solution design, code reviews, team coordination and mentoring within distributed enterprise delivery teams.
