Job summary

Reply Group in Poland seeks a Dynamics 365 Business Central developer to design, build, and maintain custom AL extensions. You will customize BC modules across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain, and implement integrations with REST, OData, and Web Services.

You will collaborate with functional consultants, support data migrations, and participate in Agile/Scrum teams, with 1 day per month in the Katowice office as part of a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• University degree in CS, math, physics or related field.
• Experience developing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud/On-Prem).
• Strong AL programming and extension development skills.
• Experience with BC customization and configuration.
• Hands-on integrations using REST, OData, Web Services.
• Understanding ERP processes in Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, SC.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps for source control.
• Knowledge of data migration methodologies and tools like RapidStart.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork in Agile/Scrum; clear English and Polish communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to BC upgrade projects and NAV-to-BC migrations.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams across multiple customer projects.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with functional consultants and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement integrations between Business Central and external systems using APIs, REST services, OData, and web services.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and loading.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and performance‑related issues.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, deployment, and release management processes using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Contribute to Business Central upgrade projects, including migration from legacy NAV environments to Business Central SaaS.
• Support go‑live activities and provide post‑implementation stabilization and maintenance.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high‑quality solutions across multiple customer projects.
