IQVIA Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Bydgoszcz, Poland. This 24-hour per week role supports a clinical site for an initial ~6-month period, with immediate start.

You will prescreen participants, maintain study docs, support patient screening and enrollment, manage IP and inventory, and coordinate lab shipments and EMR certification. Ideal candidates hold a life sciences degree and have at least 2 years of clinical research assistant/coordinator experience, strong English, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in clinical research coordination or related role.
• Familiarity with study protocols, consent forms, and schedules.
• Experience with lab samples processing and IRT/IWRS systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Assist in prescreening and screening tasks and patient enrollment.
• Maintain study documents, CRFs, EDC, and eTMFs.
• Coordinate study procedures and communications with monitors.
• Manage IP accountability, inventory, and lab shipments.
• Provide administrative and patient scheduling support.
