IQVIA Inc. is recruiting a Clinical Research Coordinator to support a clinical site in Bydgoszcz. This role requires strong administrative and clinical support skills, with responsibilities spanning document management, patient screening, and site logistics.

The crew will work 24 hours per week for approximately six months, starting immediately. The ideal candidate holds a life sciences degree, has experience with clinical trials, and demonstrates excellent IT capability and English fluency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent education and/or relevant clinical experience.
• Solid understanding of clinical trials and familiarity with protocols, consent forms, and schedules.
• Experience with lab samples and IRT/IWRS systems.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
• Minimum 2 years as a Clinical Research Assistant, Research Nurse or CRC at a trial site.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Prescreening and screening tasks; review charts from the site database.
• Maintain and update study documentation (protocols, CRFs, EDC, eTMFs).
• Support patient screening and enrollment; handle informed consent and privacy docs.
• IP-site accountability including IP-patient compliance.
• Use of IRT/IWRS systems for randomization, product assignment, inventory, and site operations.
• Process and ship lab samples.
• Schedule patients and coordinate study procedures.
• Print and certify EMR.
• Coordinate logistics for study procedures per protocol.
• Communicate with monitors and respond to inquiries.
• Carry out general study-related administrative tasks.
