Job summary

Siemens is seeking a motivated Junior Logistics Specialist to join our Shared Services team in Kraków, supporting the global software business of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. You will manage software orders from international Siemens entities, ensuring accurate invoicing and effective communication with stakeholders worldwide.

You will gain experience in end-to-end order management, SAP SD/MM usage, and collaboration with Product Managers, Sales, IT, and other global teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or student status in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, finance operations, or shared services will be an advantage.
• German language skills at minimum B1 level (written communication).
• English language skills at minimum B2 level.
• Good IT literacy and ability to work with multiple systems and applications.
• Knowledge of SAP, especially SD/MM modules, will be considered an asset.
• Strong MS Office, particularly Excel, skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage software product orders from Siemens regional companies worldwide within headquarters systems.
• Verify pricing and support the value flow process by creating invoices, credit notes, and related documentation.
• Coordinate information flows with regional organizations, including handling inquiries, complaints, order modifications, and customer requests.
• Support end-to-end order management activities for assigned regions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions, including Product Managers, Sales, IT, and other global teams.
• Prepare and support reporting activities related to software products and license management.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and service level expectations.
