WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMEs for a global leader in the industry. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management to discover cloud-based products and solutions.

Based in Athens, Greece, the position is on-site with a compensated package including 14-month salary, bonus, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level is required.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.

Job description

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.

In this role, you will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, helping businesses discover cloud-based products and solutions.

The role focuses on generating and qualifying sales opportunities rather than directly closing every sale.

Work Location: Athens, Greece

Work Model: On-site

Language: Dutch – C1 level

English: C1 level

Compensation: €1,400 gross/month *14 month+bonus+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Your Responsibilities

Requirements

• Business English proficiency at C1 level.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

• Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60% of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on overachievement.
