Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. You will provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, or claims support on-site.

Working locations are Athens or Thessaloniki with a full relocation package and 14-month-style gross compensation. Training, development opportunities, and an international environment are offered to support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level, depending on the project.

Job description

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers.
Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch - C1/C2 level
English: B2-C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300* 14-months gross/month +bonus (depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weeks hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 2 rotative days off.
Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
