Job summary

Elanco in Warsaw is seeking an O2C Senior Customer Service Specialist with Dutch to support the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order processing, billing, collections, disputes, and customer service queries. You will act as a subject matter expert and contribute to global O2C projects.

The role requires 3+ years in O2C or Finance, fluent Dutch and proficient English, SAP experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in O2C or Finance.
• German language not required? (see Dutch/English above).

Responsibilities

• Process orders, handle complaints, and ensure timely customer response.
• Analyze accounts for billing and payment enablement.
• Engage with customers to support collections and resolve disputes.
• Monitor sales orders and interface issues to ensure smooth flow.
• Review KPIs and report performance to stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and support team on O2C processing.
