Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking an IT Helpdesk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for users, providing support via phone, chat and email. You will diagnose basic incidents, guide users through solutions, and collaborate with advanced teams when needed to ensure quick resolution.

You'll work in a hybrid setup, with onboarding followed by the option to work from a modern office or from home. The role emphasizes learning, teamwork and strong customer service in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C1 level or higher.
• English knowledge at B2 level or higher.
• Motivation to start a career in IT and willingness to learn.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly with users and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming Dutch-language requests regarding login issues and other basic IT incidents.
• Provide troubleshooting support via phone, chat and email following established procedures.
• Guide end users through problem-solving steps to restore system or application functionality.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams for timely resolution.
• Document all interactions and actions in the ticketing system.
• Use the knowledge base and onboarding tools to deliver high-quality service.
• Continuously expand IT knowledge through training programs and learning paths.
