Job summary

PwC Polska Global Centre of Excellence is seeking a Project Coordinator for Drone and Geospatial Technologies to manage the day‑to‑day execution of drone and geospatial projects from planning to delivery.

You will coordinate clients, subcontractors, drone pilots, data providers, and technical teams; plan missions, monitor timelines, ensure quality, assist with regulatory compliance, and help improve internal workflows. Some travel to client sites worldwide is required.

Qualifications

Degree in Project Management or related field.
Experience coordinating drone/geospatial projects.
Knowledge of UAV regulations is a plus.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinating day-to-day execution of drone and geospatial projects from planning through delivery.
Acting as the point of contact between clients, subcontractors, drone pilots, data providers, and technical teams.
Planning and scheduling drone missions, including logistics, permits, and resource allocation.
Monitoring project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
Supporting risk assessment and compliance with aviation regulations and safety procedures.
Preparing and maintaining project documentation and client-facing presentations.
Facilitating communication between clients and technical teams (drone pilots, GIS, photogrammetry).
Conducting market research on emerging unmanned systems technologies.
