Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a senior consultant to join a project in the financial sector focused on Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) compliance and operational resilience. You will work across cross-functional teams to assess practices, identify gaps, and define required actions to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise in DORA requirements, RTS, IT risk, compliance, business continuity, crisis management and IT service continuity.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of DORA and RTS.
• Hands-on experience in risk, IT compliance and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse DORA requirements and RTS; translate into actionable requirements for financial entities.
• Conduct regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence.

• Lead workshops with cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Align IT and business processes with regulatory requirements.

Project

You will join a project within the financial sector focused onDigital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) compliance and operational resilience.

The role requires strong expertise in DORA regulatory requirements, including the main regulation and relevant Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS), combined with hands-on experience in IT risk, compliance, business continuity and operational resilience.

You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess existing practices against regulatory requirements, identify gaps and support the organization in defining required actions.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Analyse and interpret DORA regulatory requirements and relevant Regulatory Technical StandardsTranslate regulatory requirements into actionable requirements for financial entities
• Performregulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to applicable regulatory requirementsIdentify gaps between regulatory expectations and existing processes, controls and practices
• Support activities related tooperational resilience
• Work within areas related toBusiness Continuity Management, Crisis Management and IT Service Continuity Management
• Independently prepare, lead and coordinateworkshops with cross-functional teams
• Cooperate with stakeholders across different areas and levels of senioritySupport the alignment of IT and business processes with regulatory requirements
• Contribute senior-level expertise within IT Risk Management and IT Compliance
