Job summary

Jit is hiring for a cyber security role in a hybrid Poland-based arrangement across Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, and Łódź. You will identify remediation gaps, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure timely remediation of security findings through governance, risk prioritisation, automation, and expert advisory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in security findings assessment and remediation.
• Expert knowledge of vulnerability scoring, security risk assessment, prioritisation, and remediation governance.
• Strong understanding of AI-related security threats and their impact on security posture.
• Knowledge and practical experience in problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, and OWASP.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex remediation challenges.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modelling to support risk-based decision making.
• Experience with automation, preferably using Python, Apache Airflow, and/or Power Automate.
• Fluent business and technical English (both written and spoken).

Project

In this role you will be a key member of the Cyber Security area, focusing on identifying remediation gaps, driving strategic remediation initiatives, and ensuring that security findings are addressed effectively across the organisation. You will influence remediation direction, collaborate with key stakeholders, and support the organisation in reducing risk exposure through structured governance, risk-based prioritisation, automation, and expert advisory. You will also contribute to the design of risk scoring approaches that enable near real-time prioritisation and faster remediation of critical vulnerabilities, leveraging data analysis, automation, and AI technologies
