Job summary

Jit is seeking an experienced IT Project Delivery Specialist focused on security and infrastructure resilience. In a hybrid role based in Poland, you will coordinate network segmentation initiatives within the DORA programme, collaborating with Application Owners, security engineers, and infra teams.

You will drive requirements gathering, workshops, implementation planning, and governance reporting for senior stakeholders across international teams; a strong command of network security and Zero

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of network segmentation and firewall technologies.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and delivery reporting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of DORA requirements or financial services security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documentation, Solution Design Documents, implementation plans, and status reports for programme governance and senior stakeholders.

Project

You will be involved in a financial services project focused on implementing network segmentation controls in line with DORA regulatory requirements, strengthening cybersecurity, and improving operational resilience across enterprise applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Coordinate network segmentation activities across assigned applications and services within the DORA programme.


• Collaborate with Application Owners, Application Providers, and technical teams to gather requirements and validate application connectivity.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, cybersecurity, network security, infrastructure transformation, or operational resilience.


• Strong understanding of network segmentation, firewall technologies, application connectivity, network communication flows, and Least Privilege principles.


• Proven stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments.


• Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, implementation planning, risk management, and delivery reporting.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans and report progress to senior stakeholders.


• Knowledge of DORA requirements, financial services environments, Zero Trust principles, or network modernisation projects will be an advantage.
