Job summary

IAG GBS in Kraków invites a Finance Operations professional to manage end-to-end DOC invoice processes, verify cash flow, and resolve system errors. You will prepare budgets, ensure procedures meet SLAs, and handle supplier queries while driving improvements.

The role requires MS degree in a finance-related field, experience in international finance, and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP HANA. English at B2 level is essential.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience in working for financial international organization.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP HANA; BRF+ will be an asset.
• Knowledge of suppliers and contract management.
• Strong financial and business orientation; ability to evaluate, analysing and presenting.
• Ability to operate under tight deadlines.
• English skills at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end DOC invoice processing, including approval and audit of invoices and price-list-based pricing.
• Daily cash flow verification and ensuring accurate information flow between suppliers and internal systems.
• Analyze and verify system errors with IT and stakeholders until resolved.
• Budget and business case preparation.
• Ensure procedures and SLAs are followed; report results regularly.
• Resolve complex queries from suppliers and stakeholders.
• Maintain proactive cooperation with suppliers and internal/external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in the area of responsibility.
