Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Director, Technology Business Management to lead TBM and FinOps across foundational technology services, including public cloud, data centers, networks, compute, storage, and observability. You will drive cost visibility, budgeting, and value optimization for technology investments.

You will partner with Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Network, Finance, Procurement, Data, AI, and Business Technology teams to forecast, showback/chargeback, and deliver executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology, infrastructure, cloud operations, finance, analytics, or TBM/FinOps.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud financial management and infrastructure cost management.
• AWS experience; multi-cloud and data center cost management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a Technology Business Management and FinOps operating model across foundational technology services.
• Develop financial governance for cloud, data centers, network, compute, storage, observability, and related platforms.
• Partner with Finance and Technology leaders to create budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, and financial reviews.
• Build executive-level reporting on technology spend, consumption trends, savings opportunities, and risks.
• Drive cost transparency and allocation models across platform, application, data, AI, and regional teams.
