Job summary

BeOne is seeking a Senior Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture to define the enterprise strategy across cloud, network, data center, and platform services. You will lead architecture and engineering teams, drive modernization, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions globally.

The role requires deep cloud knowledge, 12+ years IT experience, and 7+ years of leadership. Travel may be needed, and the company emphasizes resilience, governance, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive IT experience, including infrastructure architecture, engineering, cloud platforms, and global IT environments.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing technical teams, architecture teams, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, data center technologies, identity services, automation, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global infrastructure architecture strategy, roadmap, standards, and reference architectures.
• Lead architectural planning across cloud, network, compute, storage, data center, identity, endpoint, collaboration, and infrastructure services.
• Ensure infrastructure meets regulatory requirements, operational resilience, and cybersecurity standards.
• Partner with cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data, and business technology teams to align capabilities with strategy.
• Drive modernization via cloud adoption, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Establish patterns for hybrid and multi-cloud environments and guide legacy transformation.
