eMoney Advisor is seeking a Director of Training to shape our global learning strategy, drive adoption, and elevate client outcomes. You will lead a high-performing team, design curricula, and govern content across the eMoney platform while partnering with senior leadership.

You will develop scalable onboarding, enablement, certification, and continuous training programs, while optimizing delivery methods and learner performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or related field; or equivalent.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers or multidisciplinary teams.
• 10+ years of progressive training, Learning & Development, and/or customer education experience.
• Strong understanding of financial terms and concepts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Working knowledge of financial advisory services is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing learning organization delivering exceptional experiences and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the learning strategy translating objectives into scalable onboarding, enablement, certification, and training programs.
• Optimize client learning journey, processes, and scalable tools for efficiency and impact.
• Oversee the LMS and apply instructional design principles to improve scalability and engagement.
• Establish and monitor curriculum governance and standards aligned with product strategy and goals.
• Define KPIs and learning metrics to drive continuous improvement and alignment with service quality.
• Leverage feedback to keep content and programs relevant and impactful.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex client learning issues and LCOP initiatives.
• Coach and develop leaders and professionals through structured programs.
