Job summary

SimCorp seeks a Principal Business Trainer – Investment to enable clients, partners and internal teams to succeed. You will apply investment expertise and learning design to build and deliver training across front- and middle-office processes using SimCorp Dimension.

Excellent English communication is required. Travel internationally (roughly 20-60%) to deliver training at global client sites and SimCorp offices. A Master’s/PhD in Finance, Business, or Education is preferred; CFA/FRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training, facilitation, or knowledge sharing experience in financial services or investment management.
• Strong SimCorp Dimension expertise may substitute for formal training experience.
• Master’s/PhD in Finance, Business, or Education; CFA or FRM is a plus.
• Proficiency with LMS, virtual training tech, and digital content creation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led training in Investment (Front/Middle-Office).
• Create and maintain training materials, exercises, cases, simulations, and eLearning content focused on investment workflows and front/middle-office processes using SimCorp Dimension.
• Represent Education Services in product initiatives and customer-facing projects to align training with business needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between training content and evolving software functionality.
• Support ongoing improvement efforts by conducting analyses, keeping comprehensive training documentation, tracking performance through reporting, and actively engaging in team learning.
