Job summary

eMoney Advisor is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for our core product line, collaborating with Product, Technology, and Research to ensure quality and consistency from concept through delivery.

You will drive solutioning for new features and enhancements, advocate for user-centered design, create high‑fidelity prototypes and design systems, and partner with agile teams to deliver intuitive, impactful experiences that meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product design or related roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in solving complex design problems and delivering impactful design solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly on complex product areas.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for features and enhancements from ideation to implementation.
• Work with relevant Design and Product stakeholders to understand overall long-term vision and objectives and help execute on pieces of that vision.
• Lead relevant user research efforts and synthesize insights to inform design decisions and develop user-centered solutions.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, workflows, and visual designs that communicate requirements and objectives that align with our design system.
• Work closely with agile development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate stakeholders and teammates on the value of design thinking in product development.
• Be a key contributor and influencer to our design system and overall design process.
• Be a key voice within your team(s) to represent the voice of our customers by articulating their objectives and pain points.
• Participate in team ceremonies to advocate for the objectives of the Product Design team.
• Periodically lead design studios or other relevant ideation exercises within your team(s).
• Drive innovation and push boundaries in product design by exploring new technologies and design trends and how they can thoughtfully be applied to our objectives.
