Spring Health is seeking a Director of Sales Strategy & Operations to orchestrate annual and long-range planning for the Sales organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, design quotas and territory models, and partner with Finance to ensure predictable revenue growth.

As the AI orchestration layer, you will drive AI-enabled analytics, dashboards, and automation across the go-to-market function, while developing a high-performing team and managing remote, global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related function at a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Deep expertise in GTM planning, including annual planning, quota design, territory modeling, headcount planning, and long-range strategic planning.
• Strong analytics fluency with BI tools for dashboards, data models, and self-serve reporting infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual and long-range planning end-to-end for the Sales organization, translating growth targets into executable GTM plans.
• Drive forecast cadence and scenario planning with Finance and Revenue Leadership.
• Architect and own a portfolio of strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee operating cadence for forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance insights.
• Develop Analysts embedded within Sales into AI-enabled strategic builders focusing on dashboards and AI agents.
