Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Sourcing Manager in Lodz, Poland, to lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract for indirect categories including Professional Services, HR, Facilities, Sales and Marketing. You will drive strategies, value levers, and supplier negotiations as part of Global Procurement.

The role interfaces with Finance, Legal, and Procurement CoE, and supports standardized processes with an eye on automation and AI-enabled improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or shared services.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Indirect and Commercial Indirect categories.
• Lead RFx processes from demand intake to contract finalization.
• Identify value levers: cost optimization, demand management, risk, ESG.
• Coordinate with Finance on RFx execution and service delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Sales, HR, Facilities.
