Job summary

Takeda is seeking an Associate Director-level clinical data science leader in Lodz, Poland to translate complex clinical and real-world data into actionable evidence for decision making. You will lead statistical and analytics strategies across studies and assets with a focus on AI/ML, governance, and regulatory readiness.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Clinical Pharmacology, PSPV, CDM, Translational Sciences, and Regulatory teams to deliver submission-ready data and insights.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS with substantial experience in clinical data science and drug development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing study-level decisions.
• Strong foundation in statistics and quantitative methods including longitudinal analysis and survival methods.
• Hands-on proficiency in R and/or Python; working knowledge of SAS and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical, data science, and analytics approaches across studies or assets.
• Partner across Clinical, Regulatory, and data management teams to ensure high-quality data and insights.
• Apply AI/ML, automation, and governed data standards while maintaining regulatory compliance.
