Job summary

Takeda seeks a Director of Procurement Insights & Intelligence to lead a global analytics capability. You will transform internal and external data into forward-looking insights to guide sourcing, supplier risk, and investments across the enterprise.

You will define the intelligence agenda, advance AI-enabled analytics, and strengthen data governance while partnering with Finance, DD&T, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of analytics or procurement insight experience.
• Experience leading analytical teams or enterprise insight functions.
• Strong knowledge of BI platforms, ERP systems, and modern data environments.
• Proven ability to translate data and market intelligence into actionable recommendations for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement Insights & Intelligence function delivering actionable insights and analytics.
• Define and execute the global procurement intelligence strategy across spend, supplier, and risk analytics.
• Establish data governance and promote data-driven decision making across Global Procurement.
• Translate complex analytics into clear business narratives and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Drive adoption of analytics and AI-enabled capabilities through change management and stakeholder engagement.
