HelloFresh is building a new R&D Tech Hub in Warsaw, Poland. We seek a servant leader to own the WMS software delivery lifecycle for the Warehouse Advantage platform, overseeing architecture, product design, and engineering execution on a global scale.

You will drive AI-assisted tooling adoption, improve deployment pipelines, and establish engineering health metrics. The role collaborates with technology, operations, automation, procurement, and finance to deliver innovative warehouse solutions.

Formación

• 10+ years of WMS software engineering and implementation experience
• 3+ years hands-on with Infios Warehouse Advantage WMS
• 3+ years managing application integrations (REST, event-driven, ETL)
• Experience scaling CI/CD pipelines, automated testing gates and IaC
• Hands-on with agentic and AI-assisted engineering tools with measurable impact
• Experience defining and tracking engineering delivery metrics (DORA)
• Experience leading tech evaluations and migrations of legacy systems

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction and ownership of WMS deployment across global locations
• Drive integration architecture to upstream tooling and host systems
• Support hosting architecture sizing and performance in AWS
• Champion AI-assisted development and automated testing
• Own CI/CD maturity roadmap and automated deployment workflows
• Lead QA and automated test strategies with contract testing
• Define and monitor engineering health metrics and improvement targets
• Collaborate on long-term WMS platform roadmap and governance
• Manage vendor partnerships to augment internal capacity
• Lead talent development and recruitment in the team
• Contribute to international standardization and global release strategy
• Participate in cross-functional leadership and KPI setting across departments
