Job summary

DSV is seeking a Head of Application Lifecycle to define and lead the strategy for ALM across GEA. You will establish governance, operating models and drive portfolio-wide transformation, risk and compliance management, while partnering with executives to optimize the application landscape.

The role requires senior leadership experience in global IT, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale change in complex organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT leadership and governance.
• Experience transforming enterprise-scale capabilities and governance.
• Leading large-scale application transformation and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management and lifecycle governance.
• Experience in global, matrix organizations.
• Ability to translate complex technology landscapes into executive insights.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and leaders.
• Track record building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the GEA ALM strategy.
• Build operating models, governance, processes for GEA at scale.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across governance and consolidation.
• Establish governance forums and reporting for lifecycle decisions.
• Drive application consolidation and decommissioning roadmaps.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to align with target architecture.
• Provide executive reporting to GEA leadership.
• Influence investment and prioritization decisions.
• Ensure transparency of risks, compliance, and ownership.
