Qualifications

• Experience with project tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business and IT projects from initiation through implementation.
• Present project status, risks, and milestones to Steering Committee.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and overall delivery progress.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders and developers.
• Prepare and maintain project, process, and system documentation.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for teams.
• Coordinate system integration and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the group on shared IT and business initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including scope and contracts.
• Act as administrator for selected business systems (user access, permissions).
• Support adoption of AI solutions and advise employees on opportunities.

Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Projects Coordinator to support the company's digital transformation initiatives. The role combines cooperation with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions, process improvements, and strategic technology projects. This position provides exposure to cross-functional initiatives and international collaboration across the MET Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business and IT projects from initiation through implementation.
• Present project status, risks, and key milestones to Steering Committee
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall delivery progress.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Prepare and maintain project, process, and system documentation.
• Act as a bridge between business users and developers by translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Coordinate system integration, migration, and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the group on shared IT and business initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including scope definition, delivery oversight, and contract execution.
• Act as administrator for selected business systems, including user access and permissions management.
• Support the adoption and effective use of AI solutions within the organization and advise employees on AI-related opportunities and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, or a related role.
• Practical experience in managing or coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience working with external software vendors and service providers.
• Interest in digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the energy industry.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) systems.
