METRO Global Solution Center is seeking an Intercompany Accountant to support end-to-end intercompany processes, postings, and settlements. You will contribute to migration efforts and participate in global projects within a collaborative finance team.

The role offers a stability-driven path from an initial 6-month contract to a permanent position, with training and relocation support to Szczecin. A strong Excel skill set and understanding of IC processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of E2E accounting processes to support Intercompany handling.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem solving.
• Sense of ownership and accountability in daily tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience in Intercompany processes is beneficial.
• Knowledge of IC Reconciliation and Tagetik tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and posting intercompany invoices.
• Working with Parallel Posting concept daily.
• Taking care of customers and vendors settlements.
• Involvement in migration of accounting processes.
• Participation in global projects.
• Participation in month-end closing activities.
