About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our client’s team and help turn strategic initiatives into well-defined, production-ready digital solutions. You’ll translate high-level briefs into clear requirements, coordinate delivery across design and development, manage day-to-day web operations, and support sprint planning, QA, and stakeholder communication. Using AI-assisted tools, you’ll help streamline documentation and project workflows while ensuring that what gets delivered stays aligned with the original requirements and design intent.

What you’ll own

• Scope management: documenting requirements, flagging ambiguities, ensuring alignment beforedevelopment starts
• Day-to-day operations: managing ongoing content changes, site updates, and maintenanceworkflows
• Sprint coordination: sprint planning, backlog prioritization, progress tracking, blocker resolution
• Quality assurance: testing against specs, validating against design intent, QA coordination
• Stakeholder communication: regular syncs with external partners and internal stakeholders, status updates, escalation
• AI-powered workflows: using AI tooling to accelerate documentation, specification synthesis, andproject tracking

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management, scrum mastery, business analysis, or delivery coordination
• Comfort translating ambiguous briefs into clear technical specifications
• Experience managing handoffs between creative/design teams and technical execution
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially in asynchronous and cross-timezoneenvironments
• Proficiency with project tracking tools, documentation, and collaboration platforms
• Familiarity with AI-assisted project management and workflow automation
• Fluent English
