Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst as part of our Digital & Emerging Technologies team, to help move our projects onto the new track.

The opportunity

As a part of our global team, you will be responsible for gathering requirements and identifying business needs. You will cooperate closely with both the development team and business owners to provide solutions that meet the established business goal.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Understand business needs, define and manage requirements, and communicate them to stakeholders and the development team.
• Work with data to analyze issues, propose solutions, and ensure accessibility and quality standards are met.
• Support error management, versioning and data-binding processes.
• Design and test prototypes of new functionalities and prepare Proofs of Concept for new integrations.
• Experiment with alternative technologies and continuously optimize processes by evaluating new accessibility standards, version management tools, or data integration methods.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Good analytical, communication and organizational skills (meeting facilitation, ability to align with key stakeholders in Front Office & IT).
• Ability to analyze and document processes and flows.
• Experience with Business Process Modelling, UML (2.x).
• Experience with project tracking (e.g. Jira) and knowledge management (e.g. Confluence) tools.
• Familiarity with Software Architecture, Usability concepts.
• Skilled in creating, maintaining and managing product backlog.
• Experience working in international projects in agile / scrum methodology.

To qualify for the role, you must have
