Job summary

eStoreLabs in Warsaw is seeking a passionate, business‑oriented leader to oversee a dedicated part of the business and coach a team of 5–7 professionals to deliver high‑quality ecommerce projects. You will develop strategic ecommerce plans for international clients, build long‑term relationships, and support the sales team with insightful pitches and competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising / leading teams (5–7 people)
• 5+ years experience in eCommerce
• Experience in project management & working with eRetailers (Amazon)
• Experience with international clients and building long-term relationships
• Experience in strategic business consulting
• Understanding of budgeting, reporting and P&L
• Fluent English (C1)

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated part of the business from an operational point of view
• Lead and coach the team to deliver high-quality projects
• Create strategies and act as advisor in ecommerce development for clients and team
• Build long-term client relationships with regular business reviews and KPI reporting
• Support the sales team with information for pitches
• Generate innovative ideas to run and grow the business
• Analyze team efficiency daily and drive improvements in people and processes
• Mentor and develop team members, provide feedback and performance reviews
• Manage project budgets and P&L and report to the board
• Oversee client accounts and continuously improve client experience
• Ensure projects are profitable and growing
