Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a content reviewer for our client, a leading global tech company managing social media and digital platforms. The role focuses on content quality, safety, and policy compliance across an e-commerce context, leveraging local market expertise and language skills.

You will work on-site in Lisbon, with 24/7 rotative shifts and relocation support. English at B2 level and native Polish are required; candidates must be detail-oriented and able to make rational decisions.

Qualifications

• Polish proficiency is native-level.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise.
• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform.
• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise.
• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content.
• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.
