What's it all about?

• Provide application-based knowledge to support our customers.

  • Prepare and execute presentations for Events, Trainings, Workshops, Webinars, etc.
  • Conduct onsite and online Trainings and technical Demonstrations.
  • Proactively participate at exhibitions, conferences and user meetings.
  • Publish and support scientific papers, application notes, and marketing material.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers.
• Work closely together with our international marketing and sales team and support with technical inquiries.

• Act as knowledge provider and interface within the organization.

  • Provide customer feedback within the organization.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our products and services.
• Work with reporting and strategic development tools: MS Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerBI Analytics, Cloud and AI Tools...

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Electrical Engineering from a technical college or university (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience in protection systems incl. basics of IEC 61850 is a plus.
• Fluency in Polish and good English skills.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work across processes and structures.
