Senior Workplace Analytics & Windows Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the digital workplace experience for our employees. Your primary focus will be on analyzing, measuring, and improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Workplace Analytics, and Power BI. You will identify trends, uncover root causes of user-impacting issues, and drive data-based improvements across our endpoint environment. In addition, you will contribute to the operational excellence of our Windows workplace ecosystem through expertise in Windows client engineering, hardware integration, driver management, and 2nd-level support. This role combines analytics, engineering, and operational support to proactively enhance workplace quality, stability, and employee productivity.
This position goes beyond traditional endpoint support. Instead of reacting to incidents, you will help identify and resolve issues before employees are impacted. By combining Digital Employee Experience analytics, Power BI reporting, Windows engineering, and hardware expertise, you will directly influence workplace quality, employee productivity, and service performance. You will act as a bridge between workplace operations, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders, helping transform endpoint data into measurable improvements and strategic insights.
