Job summary
HEINEKEN Kraków seeks a Solution Architect for Digital Integration to guide platform teams and delivery in building scalable, secure integration solutions across MuleSoft, SAP, Azure, and more. You will define standards, lead architecture projects, and ensure alignment with Heineken IT strategy.
You will collaborate with Tribe Lead, Product Owners, and developers, steer requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining comprehensive architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years in an architect role, especially in Digital Integration.
- Strong knowledge of integration platforms and API/messaging systems.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Define architectural standards.
- Develop and maintain architecture guidelines.
- Ensure alignment with IT strategy.
- Collaborate with Tribe Lead to define vision, roadmap.
- Prioritize new features considering technical challenges.
- Provide technical consultation and problem-solving.
- Act as subject matter expert to stakeholders.
- Drive Continuous Improvement.
- Lead analysis of existing integration solutions and improvements.
- Gather business needs and feedback.
- Share knowledge and maintain documentation.
- Facilitate training sessions for developers.
