Job summary

HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Kraków is hiring a Senior IT Architect for the Global Supply Chain Planning platforms. You will lead IT consulting and architecture, translate business needs into technical features, and ensure end-to-end delivery of the product lifecycle.

You will design interfaces, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to leverage SAP, data modeling, and BI tools across the planning stack.

Qualifications

• You are a good candidate with strong SAP PP/PI and SD knowledge and production planning experience.
• Experience in systems integration design and implementation, adhering to functional requirements and architectural standards.
• Understanding of SAP data structures and master data across Materials, BOMs, Master Recipes, Production Versions.
• Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as main IT consultant/architect in Global Supply Chain Planning platforms roll-outs.
• Design and maintain technical documentation for interfaces and new developments.
• Ensure end-to-end solution consistency across platforms and systems.
• Translate functional requirements into technical features with development teams.
• Provide guidance and coaching to product team members during design.
• Analyze data models (SAP ERP) and map to target structures in receiving platforms.
• Evaluate emerging tech and architecture best practices for applicability.
