Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking an experienced leader to own the enterprise integration strategy within the Digital Integration Tribe. You will shape architecture, standards, and roadmaps in a global, multi-location environment, promoting API-first and event-driven approaches.

You will work closely with Global Architects, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable integration solutions across platforms and vendors. Strong English communication and Agile mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or computer science related studies.
10+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in a similar enterprise integration role.
Experience in multinational, multi-location environments.
Hands-on with integration architectures like microservices, event-driven architectures and SOA.
Understanding of APIs, iPaaS, and data formats such as XML/JSON.
Proven experience with platforms such as Boomi, Azure APIM, SAP Cloud Integration or Solace.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
Agile delivery experience and ability to lead with clear objectives.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and tools like SonarQube, Azure DevOps, New Relic.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the technical roadmap of the Digital Integration tribe by consolidating input from product and platform architects and stakeholders.
Provide and communicate integration architecture standards and policies to customers and federated teams.
Embed a culture of learning, empowerment, rapid experimentation, adaptability and collaboration.
Drive adoption of new integration capabilities and set requirements for new integration apps or modules.
Act as a liaison between Digital Integration and Enterprise Architecture and promote API-first and event-driven strategies.
Collaborate with Global Architects and business function consultants to define standards and best practices.
Ensure security by design and compliance with global security policies and standards.
Drive continuous improvement of integration standards and platforms.
