Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking an IT consultant/architect for Global Supply Chain Planning platforms. You will design, document, and govern end-to-end SAP-based solutions, aligning with architecture standards and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities include rolling out planning platforms, data modeling, and system integrations, while guiding the product team through design changes and sprint reviews.

Qualifications

• SAP Production Planning and/or SAP SD knowledge.
• Strong Production/Supply Planning concepts in SAP or similar.
• Experience with SAP Master Data: Materials, BOMs, Master Recipes.
• Experience with systems integration design and interfaces.
• Experience with relational databases and data modelling.
• Experience with ERP to Data Platform integrations and middleware.
• Good communication, documentation, MS Office.
• Self-start with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as IT consultant/architect in Global Supply Chain Planning platform roll-outs.
• Design and maintain technical documentation for interfaces and new developments.
• Ensure consistency of the end-to-end solution.
• Translate functional requirements to technical features for development teams.
• Provide guidance and coaching to other product team members.
• Analyze source data models (SAP ERP) and map to target structures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices.
• End-to-end responsibility to deliver the value of a single Product through its life cycle.
• Ensure product design and implementation adheres to requirements and architecture standards.
• Demonstrate product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders.
• Systems managing, implementing, supporting and operations of portfolio of applications in Global Planning areas.
• Evaluate and propose a Supply Chain Planning systems strategy.
• Provide IT expertise and support related to Global Supply Chain.
