Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Digital Delivery Manager to shape and deliver Digital & Data solutions for clients. You will bridge business and technology, guiding discovery through delivery, and mentoring teams to promote best practices across projects.

Hybrid work model requires two in-office days per week in Kraków or Warsaw, with remaining days possible remotely. Excellent communication and English fluency are essential for this international role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital & Data initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and delivery expectations.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients and stakeholders, facilitating workshops, solution discussions, and decision-making processes.
• Partner with architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to shape solutions and challenge assumptions where needed.
• Support project planning and team setup by identifying required capabilities and helping build high-performing project teams.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimations, and customer-facing discussions.
• Mentor team members, identify capability gaps, and support the development of technical and consulting skills across the Digital & Data team.
• Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices across projects and delivery teams.

Your impact

Hybrid work model Candidates are required to work from our Kraków or Warsaw office at least two days per week. The remaining working days may be performed remotely from home.

As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering Digital & Data solutions for our clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, helping stakeholders make informed decisions while ensuring successful project outcomes.

Working closely with clients, project teams, architects, and delivery leaders, you will support projects from discovery through delivery, helping define solutions, align teams, manage risks, and drive business value. You will also contribute to the growth of our Digital & Data capabilities by mentoring others, supporting capability development, and promoting best practices across projects.

Here’s what you’ll need

• Experience leading complex digital, software, data, analytics, or transformation projects in a client-facing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and stakeholder alignment activities.
• Good understanding of modern software delivery practices, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent English, and willingness to work in an international environment with occasional travel.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, automation, or enterprise integration solutions.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development activities.
