Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Product Owner for Digital Commerce (SEM/RTC) to define the feature roadmap and ensure alignment with epics and outcomes. You will work with Senior Product Owners, the touchpoint lead, and D&T stakeholders to shape both functional and technical aspects of the product.

You will refine backlogs, drive value, and stay current with trends. The role requires 5+ years in digital product management, experience with mobile apps, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in business or engineering)
• 5+ years in digital product management
• Experience with mobile applications, both in use and discovery phase
• Understanding of digital product lifecycle, omnichannel strategy, e-commerce capabilities
• Experience with product analytics, observability and data tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible mindset and willingness to take on challenges
• Expertise in digital commerce platforms
• Agile leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Preferred: Agile/Scrum/Product Management certifications and AI toolset usage
• Capability to lead enterprise-wide releases of mobile applications
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support operational execution of product strategy, roadmap and value proposition aligned with RTC strategy
• Use data to monitor platform performance and define business outcomes with KPI framework
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Plan sprints, manage dependencies and cross-portfolio collaboration
• Refine product backlog to maximise reusability across operating companies
• Champion change management and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with Senior Product Owner, Sales and other teams to optimize customer journeys
• Communicate expectations and emerging user needs to teams and stakeholders
