Qualifications

- Proven track record leading global PLM transformation programs in engineering and manufacturing.
- Hands-on Windchill/Teamcenter experience and PLM strategy knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Execute PLM strategy aligned with digital transformation objectives.
- Integrate PLM with ERP, MES, and downstream systems.
- Promote Digital Thread and configuration management across the value chain.
- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure global collaboration.
- Drive PLM governance, change management, and adoption of new tools.
