Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Kraków is seeking a Digital Market Activation Manager to lead business readiness for new digital features across markets. You will partner with Global Digital Product Owners, regional IT and local teams to ensure smooth go-to-market and effective handover.

You will coordinate training, migrations and implementation, monitor feature performance, and report benefits to stakeholders while upholding governance with risk stewards and regulatory partners.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business readiness for digital change across markets or regions.
• Negotiation and relationship management with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical, planning and governance skills to manage risks and deliverables.
• Subject matter expertise in digital channels and customer considerations.
• Experience planning training, migrations and implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex issues.
• Data-driven decision making and understanding trade-offs.
• Familiarity with project methodologies and coordinating multiple releases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Digital Product Owners, Value Streams, regional IT and local Digital teams to embed digital change.
• Manage business readiness activity for releases including impact assessment, communications, training, migration and implementation.
• Provide digital change consultancy from initial engagement through to ongoing feature enablement for assigned market or markets.
• Ensure governance is in place and coordinate with risk stewards and in-country regulatory teams.
• Oversee go-to-market planning and support delivery with minimal disruption and clear progress visibility to stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery of local training for markets including contact centre and network teams.
• Manage staff and customer pilot activities to support successful roll-out of new digital features.
• Track and report feature performance in market to support benefits realisation and effective handover.
