HSBC Global Services Limited in Kraków is seeking an experienced Business Change Analyst for Market Risk to shape end-to-end operating models across products. You will lead cross-product workshops, map current-state to future-state processes, and drive standardised changes to enable measurable outcomes and governance across teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Risk domain and systems.
• SME of Market Risk framework with VaR, SVaR, IRC, CVA.
• Experience in operating model design across products.
• Proven cross-product process mapping and lean improvement capability.
• Experience defining process measures aligned to business outcomes; strong workshop facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of VaR methodologies; broad knowledge of asset classes and risk factors.
• Experience implementing benefits tracking to evidence outcome achievement.
• Ability to map current-state to future-state operating model impacts and embed governance.

Responsibilities

• Design current-state and future-state operating models across products.
• Lead cross-product process mapping and analysis including live workshops.
• Standardise translation of delivery outcomes into operating model and process changes.
• Facilitate cross-product workshops covering capabilities, roles, processes, governance, locations, sourcing and controls.
• Maintain standard cross-product artefacts showing process and operating model impacts.
• Analyse end-to-end flows to identify bottlenecks, waste, duplication, rework and manual workarounds.
• Define process measures with Business Owners including baselines, targets and the measurement approach.
• Implement benefits tracking and reporting to evidence outcome achievement.
