Job summary

DCG в Варшаве ищет опытного аналитика данных для развития методологий и обеспечения качества цифровой аналитики. Вы будете руководить планированием экспериментов, анализом поведения пользователей и формированием бизнес-решений на основе данных.

Требуется более 5 лет в области аналитики, владение SQL/BigQuery, GA4, GTM и продвинутые знания статистики. Английский не ниже B2 обязателен. Мы предлагаем обучение и возможности роста в международной команде.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 5 лет в цифровой или продуктовой аналитике, предпочтительно в e-commerce или мобильной разработке.
• Отличные знания SQL и BigQuery.
• GA4, GTM и модель событий на уровне практики.
• Статистика: гипотезы, доверительные интервалы, мощность тестов.
• Методология A/B тестирования, SRM, множественные сравнения, «глянуть» и новизна.
• Умение переводить анализ в понятные бизнес-рекомендации.
• Знание английского не ниже B2.

Responsibilities

• Планирование экспериментов: гипотезы, метрики, размер выборки, MDE, длительность теста.
• Мониторинг качества экспериментов, SRM, корректное распределение трафика.
• Анализ и интерпретация результатов, подготовка рекомендаций для бизнеса.
• Проверка бизнес-гипотез и выбор аналитических методов.
• Проведение причинного анализа, если A/B тесты невозможны.
• Выявление инсайтов и презентация заинтересованным сторонам.
• Развитие стандартов анализа, шаблонов и обучение аналитиков.

• Responsibility for the methodology and quality of A/B tests
• Planning experiments, including defining hypotheses, primary and secondary metrics, sample size, MDE, and test duration
• Monitoring experiment quality, verifying SRM, correct traffic allocation, and tracking
• Analyzing and interpreting test results and preparing business recommendations
• Verifying business hypotheses and recommending appropriate analytical methods
• Conducting causal analyses in situations where A/B tests cannot be performed
• Identifying insights based on data and presenting them to business stakeholders
• Conducting advanced analyses of purchasing journeys, conversion funnels, and user retention on websites and mobile applications
• Developing analytical standards, creating templates, and supporting other analysts

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital or product analytics, preferably in e-commerce or in the development of mobile applications
• Very good knowledge of SQL and BigQuery
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and the event model
• Very good knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and the statistical power of tests
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodology and issues such as SRM, multiple comparisons, peeking, and the novelty effect
• Ability to interpret analysis results and translate them into clear business recommendations
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

• Knowledge of Looker Studio or Power BI
