Ваша роль — мост между бизнесом и технологиями: сбор требований, участие в воркшопах, работа над интеграциями и данными, формирование дорожной карты и поддержка команд разработки на международном уровне.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 5 лет в бизнес- и системном анализе; сбор требований и работа с участниками проекта.
• Опыт ведения проектов от идеи до реализации; работа с Product Owner/ командой поставки.
• Знание SQL; опыт работы с API-интеграциями и данными.
• Знание Agile/Scrum; английский язык на хорошем уровне.

Responsibilities

• Сбор и перевод бизнес требований в масштабируемые технологические решения.
• Проведение воркшопов с заинтересованными сторонами и выравнивание требований и целей.
• Определение бизнес-процессов, рабочих процессов, зависимостей и интеграций.
• Поддержка onboarding через API-интеграции и миграцию данных.
• Формирование приоритетов, дорожной карты и backlog-решений.
• Сотрудничество с продуктом, инжинирингом и архитектурой для улучшения поиска и функциональности платформы.

Join an international team working on the development of a strategic platform used by customers worldwide to search, manage, and distribute content and information. The team is responsible for customer onboarding, enhancing search capabilities, integrating large volumes of data, and delivering solutions that support global content distribution. We are looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology, drive solution delivery, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple regions.

Gathering and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions Leading stakeholder workshops and driving alignment on requirements, objectives, and priorities Defining business processes, workflows, dependencies, and integration requirements Supporting customer onboarding through API-based integrations and data migration initiatives Driving prioritisation, roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and delivery-related decisions Collaborating with product, engineering, and architecture teams while enhancing search capabilities and platform functionality

Требования:

At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Business & Systems Analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management Proven experience driving projects end-to-end and working closely with Product Owners or delivery-focused teams Hands-on SQL knowledge and experience working with data-intensive systems and platforms Experience with API integrations, data migration, transformation, or large-scale implementation projects Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, prioritisation frameworks, and roadmap planning Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency, enabling effective collaboration with globally distributed teams and stakeholders Будет плюсом: Experience with search technologies such as Elasticsearch, Solr, Azure AI Search, OpenSearch, or other enterprise search solutions; Previous work with AI-powered solutions, LLM integrations, RAG architectures, AI agents, or related emerging technologies
