Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 5 лет в бизнес-аналитике, стратегии, консалтинге или развитии бизнеса.
• Опыт в fintech, платежах, финансовых услугах, e‑commerce или стратегическом консалтинге.
• Умение самостоятельно руководить инициативами от идеи до реализации и оценки результатов.
• Умение превращать данные в бизнес-рекомендации.
• Высокие навыки работы с SQL и Excel, ответственность за результаты.

Responsabilités

• Подготовка стратегических анализов, бизнес-кейсов и рекомендаций для принятия решений.
• Проведение анализа рынка и выявление новых возможностей для роста в финансовых и платежных сервисах.
• Руководство инициативами от анализа до внедрения и оценки результатов.
• Моделирование бизнес-сценариев, прогнозов и финансового анализа.
• Сопровождение сотрудничества с продуктом, продажами, маркетингом и финансами.
• Подготовка материалов для топ-менеджмента и развития аналитических стандартов.

Описание:

In the Financial Services area, we are developing convenient and contextual financial and payment products for InPost users. We are looking for someone who will combine business analytics with strategic thinking and be able to take responsibility for initiatives from concept to implementation. This role is for someone who wants to have a real impact on developing new business areas, create recommendations for senior management and contribute to building modern financial services.

• Preparing strategic analyses, business cases and recommendations that support business decision-making.
• Conducting market analysis and identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation in financial and payment services.
• Conducting preliminary assessments of strategic partnerships, including in the area of innovation.
• Leading business initiatives from analysis and recommendations through to implementation and evaluation of results.
• Modelling business scenarios, preparing forecasts and conducting financial analyses.
• Monitoring key business and financial indicators and recommending optimisation measures.
• Collaborating with product, sales, marketing and finance teams.
• Preparing materials and recommendations for senior management.
• Developing analytical standards and supporting the organisation in making data-driven decisions.
• Using AI tools to increase the efficiency of analyses and business processes.

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, strategic consulting or business development.
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, e-commerce or strategic consulting.
• Experience leading international projects or initiatives.
• Ability to independently lead initiatives from idea through to implementation and evaluation of results.
• Experience preparing business models, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Ability to turn data into business recommendations.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Accountability for results.
• Inquisitiveness and business acumen.
• Highly developed communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation; very good command of English (minimum C1).
• Будет плюсом: Experience in performance management (KPI analytics), including financial performance; Experience in retail banking related to launching new financial products or developing existing ones; Knowledge of Power BI, VBA, DAX or other Business Intelligence tools; Practical use of AI tools in data analysis and business decision-making
