Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт анализа данных и превращения данных в бизнес-инсайты и рекомендации.
• Сильные навыки SQL и опыт работы с BigQuery или аналогами.
• Умение работать с BI-инструментами (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio или Qlik).
• Способность понимать бизнес-задачи и формулировать аналитические кейсы и Data Products.
• Определение KPI и метрик оценки воздействия инициатив.
• Аналитическое мышление, ориентированность на продукт и бизнес.
• Умение взаимодействовать с стейкхолдерами разных функций и уровней.
• Сбор требований и перевод их в функциональные спецификации для команд данных/BI.
• Опыт ведения инициатив аналитики от сбора требований до внедрения и улучшения.
• Умение приоритезировать задачи и работать над несколькими проектами одновременно.
• Проактивный и любознательный подход, идентификация корневых причин.

• Solid experience in data analytics and the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Ability to understand business needs and translate ambiguous challenges into clearly defined analytical use cases and Data Products
• Experience defining KPIs and success metrics and measuring the business impact of data-driven initiatives
• Strong analytical skills, a product mindset, and a business-oriented approach
• Ability to work with stakeholders across different business functions and organizational levels
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for data and BI teams
• Experience managing analytical initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and continuous improvement
• Ability to prioritize competing business needs and independently manage multiple initiatives
• Proactive and curious approach, with the ability to identify root causes rather than simply respond to requests
• Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences

Будет плюсом:

• Experience as a Product Analyst, Analytics Product Owner, Data Product Owner, or BI Consultant
• familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, or product discovery methodologies
• exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or process automation projects
