Job summary

Valley DFY, publicly Valley Studios, is our managed outbound service where we run the entire outreach engine for clients, including targeting, list building, messaging, and reporting. The role focuses on onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization across multiple client workspaces.

You will lead the DFY account management team, balance workloads, and ensure every client hits target outreach volume while refining copy and targeting with Valley's AI.

Qualifications

• Experience running multi-client outbound programs with a DFY/managed model.
• Ability to translate client goals into repeatable campaigns and copy.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, translate goals into live campaigns and lead lists.
• Build and replenish ICP-fit prospect lists and client-specific writing styles.
• Lead the DFY account management team and manage campaign inventory.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports per client and portfolio.
• Explain performance trends and plan next steps to clients.
