Zusammenfassung

Jit Team poszukuje specjalisty wsparcia Release do zespołu obsługującego duże środowiska bankowe. Do obowiązków należy wsparcie Release Management, monitorowanie środowisk produkcyjnych oraz analiza incydentów, w tym RCA. Praca w nowoczesnym ekosystemie mikroserwisów.

Wymagane doświadczenie w produkcyjnych środowiskach i znajomość Dockera, Kubernetes, Jenkins oraz narzędzi monitoringu. Praca hybrydowa z biurami w Polsce; wsparcie rozwoju i szkolenia finansowane przez JIT.

Qualifikationen

• Doświadczenie w środowiskach produkcyjnych
• Praktyczna obsługa Docker i Kubernetes
• Znajomość Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket
• Znajomość narzędzi monitoringu (Splunk, Grafana)
• Znajomość Kafka, SQL i mechanizmów uwierzytelniania (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)
• Znajomość OpenSSL i narzędzi do certyfikatów
• Znajomość protokołów HTTPS/TLS oraz bezpiecznej komunikacji

• Wspieranie Release Management w dostarczaniu oprogramowania na produkcję

Project

Join a team responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability and smooth delivery of business-critical applications within a large-scale banking environment.

You will support Release Management activities, monitor production systems, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to maintain high service availability. The role combines elements of Application Support, DevOps and Production Operations within a modern microservices-based ecosystem.

Responsibilities you’ll have

Supporting Release Management in delivering software to production environment

Monitoring, investigating and resolving issues on production environment

Incident management and root cause analysis

Being L2 for incident handling

Expected competences and knowledge

Experience supporting production environments

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Knowledge ofJenkins

Experience withGitHub and/or Bitbucket

Good understanding ofSQL

Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (LDAP, Kerberos, JWT)
