ImproveIT Solutions is seeking a DevOps / Platform Engineer in Poland to join a long-term client project. The role focuses on building and operating scalable Kubernetes infrastructure and enabling secure, reliable deployments for a high-performance platform.

You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, and build self-service deployment tools for developers. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in DevOps, hands-on Kubernetes experience, and Korean language proficiency.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Experience with production monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident prevention.
• Korean language proficiency.

We’re looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer with 4+ years of experience and Korean language proficiency to join a long-term project with the team of our client. The main task is to build and operate scalable Kubernetes infrastructure and enable secure, reliable deployments for a high-performance digital platform.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and zero-downtime deployment strategies.

Build self-service deployment tools to improve developer productivity.

Implement monitoring, observability, incident management, and recovery procedures.

Improve platform performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements
